THE VITAL YOU WEEKEND will give you time out and in the kitchen - a 'take home' experience revitalising, nourishing and relaxing you.
Join Founder, Jill Keyte; Nutritionist and former chef, Emma Ellice-Flint and Yoga Teacher, Nikki Blair for this special weekend on Friday 24, Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 March in the beautiful Southern Highlands.
We delight all your senses with delicious healthy food for hormone balance, gentle exercise, mindfulness and nature. All food over the weekend will be cooked from The Happy Hormone Cookbook.
Here's an overview of our programme and what you can expect.
Friday - 7.00pm
We’ll welcome you, assist you to wind down and enable you to get to know other guests over a delicious, easy dinner prepared by Emma.
Head home by 4.00pm full of healthy ideas, feeling inspired and revitalised, having rediscovered THE VITAL YOU.
Bundanoon is just a 1.5 hour drive from Sydney or Canberra. It's also by train from both Sydney and Canberra.
How Much Does It Cost?
$1,150 all inclusive. Rooms are queen or king with ensuite. A take home pack of recipes, tips and tools will be provided.
*The cost of a consultation with Emma is additional and will need to be booked in advance.

"My weekend away with The Vital You provided me with more than I imagined. Great food that was not only nutritious but really delicious, calming meditation, invigorating but gentle yoga and informative talks on food nutrition including how to cook and shop for health.
It has filled me with a renewed sense of joy in cooking meals with variety and taste, encouraged me to use short periods of meditation for calming and mindfulness and spurred me on to eliminate chemicals and toxins from my life and environment.
The talk on makeup and how to reduce the chemicals I was using was a wake-up call. I have switched now to low/no chemical makeup, personal care and house cleaning products and encouraged my family to do the same.

"Jill put together an almost perfect program for the first Vital You weekend workshop in Bundanoon.
The food was wonderful and having a chance to watch Emma and Bell prepare it was a real inspiration. Emma shared with us simple and practical ways to improve our health through preparing and eating good food and she made it look easy.
The yoga and meditation practice led by Carolina really enhanced the whole experience and set the tone for each day in a warm and relaxing way. The visit to the community garden and the bush walks gave me a chance to experience the beauty of nature.
