We don't know for how long our fruit and vegetables are being stored in cool rooms and what the cattle, poultry and farmed fish we eat are being fed. This, together with a pre-occupation for reducing fat, has lead to excess sugar and salt being added to many processed foods. This change in our food is contributing to the decline in our health.
