As a Wellness Coach I take a holistic approach to you. I have a knowledge of and interest in the connection between mind, body and spirit, the benefit of using natural therapies and the importance of balance. I listen to and work with you, without judgement, to support, guide and hold you to account in achieving your health goals, by assisting you to set your goals, providing information and being a stand for your commitment to yourself.

How I work with you.
I offer you an introduction to wellness coaching. We meet for an hour either face-to-face or by phone or video to discuss what changes you would like to make to your health, wellbeing and lifestyle. I then work with you over 6 or 10 sessions to support you to create and achieve your goals and hold you to account. The best frequency of these sessions is every 2 weeks to give you time to implement and practice the changes you propose to make. My fees and how we would work together are discussed at the introduction session.
